We recently sold our property through DJ Stringer Property Services. The sales agent managing the property was Gail Bohringer and we were extremely happy with all our dealings with her, before, during and after the sale. Within a few days of our property going on the market, Gail had secured numerous offers. We also took her advice and didn’t rush in but waited for the first open house and the property was sold on that day for a price above our expectations. Gail kept us informed throughout the whole process including texting or calling after hours. Kim Townsend from DJ Stringer had previously managed the property as a rental for 10 years and did an excellent job therefore, we had no hesitation in choosing DJ Stringer as the sole preferred agent.

The Stringer Agency was chosen after both recommendation and discussion with the principal. A purchase price minimum was negotiated as were agency fees.
