This offer is valid for property owners who list their property for sale with DJ Stringer Property Services between 1/12/23 and 31/03/2024.
Free marketing services will be provided upon a successful sale of the property. A successful sale is defined as the exchange of contracts and payment of the deposit by the buyer.
If the property is withdrawn from the market by the owner before a successful sale is achieved, the owner will be responsible for payment of the marketing costs incurred.
